What shipping methods do you offer? TOP

We ship UPS ground.

What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Pay Pal. We also accept money orders, but keep in mind orders will not be shipped until money order is received. You can contact us via e-mail if you want to pay by money order and we will give you a mailing address.

Do you charge Sales Tax? TOP
Sales Tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (6.75%). Everyone else is tax exempt.

How long does it take for my order to ship? TOP

We are committed to getting all in stock orders out within 24 hours. Items that have to be backordered will take longer, but we will do all we can to expedite the process.

NOTE: Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.

How do I return an item? TOP

We can only replace broken items. We do not accept any other refund or return. On the very rare occasion your product arrives broken please contact us within 7 days so we can expedite your return and replacement of product. We cannot accept unauthorized shipments so please contact us as soon as you can within the 7 days and we will give you authorization to ship the product.

How are Shipping Charges calculated? TOP

Due to the rise in Shipping Costs we have to charge for shipping. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00. We charge $9.00 per shipment. This is very reasonable and a fair rate.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? TOP
NO. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we require that you input a physical address for shipping.
